442nd Siege Battalion

Overview

The 442nd Siege Battalion stands headstrong with lime green markings, being one of the primary frontline battalions within the Grand Army. These troopers specialize in conducting siege warfare on enemy FOBs utilizing artillery fire and brute force to power through all fortifications. With the leadership of Clone Commander "Doom" and Jedi General Horatio Hej, there is no stronghold too insurmountable that the 442nd troopers cannot besiege.

Organizational Structure

The 442nd Siege Battalion holds three specialized companies within its ranks: Doom, Manticore, and Horn. New troopers will join the group and complete an enlistment form, selecting a company to join upon receiving admittance.

Doom Company

Doom Company are the unstoppable primary frontline force within the 442nd Siege Battalion, heading straight into enemy blaster fire utilizing their M3 Blast Shields to siege enemy fortresses unharmed. This company is the first one to touch down, stepping into the enemy FOB and engaging in CQC with droids to clear the way for others companies.

Doom Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside the Z-6 Rotary Cannon, RPS-6 Launcher, and the M3 Blast Shields.

Manticore Company

Manticore Company are the armored engineers of the 442nd Siege Battalion, repairing all mechanized vehicles such as the TX-130s and handling the specialized Field Mortars in order to create space on the battlefield. When the battlefield requires reshaping, this company is there to create space, build defensive fortifications, and provide heavy firepower to the frontline.

Manticore Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, also utilizing the PLX Launcher, Field Mortars, manning the TX-130s, and being able to fire the AV-7 Cannons.

Horn Company

Horn Company are the primary reconnaissance force of the 442nd Siege Battalion being the scouts reporting the objective whilst eliminating droid patrols and outposts utilizing their DC-15x and Speeders to infiltrate and disperse. When the battalion must assess the enemies encampmet, the troopers in this company are sent to assess and report their findings for the following deployment.

Horn Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, although primarily utilizing the DC-15x sniper, as well as Speeders.

442nd ARC Detachment

The ARC Detachment of the 442nd are compromised of the most elite troopers within the battalion, being the highest performers within the siege battalion. Having passed the Advanced Recon Commando Program, these clones lead squads of troopers demonstrating their veteran knowledge, acting as force amplifiers on their deployments. When the ARC Detachment is not on deployment with the battalion, they assist the other forces of the SOB, taking on higher risk missions.

The 442nd Arc Detachment utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside the PLX, Dual DC-17Bs, and the Commando Pistol.
