The Hoshigaki are from Kirigakure. All of its known members appear to have shark-like features such as sharp, pointed teeth and facial features that resemble gills.

Progression

Hoshigaki have 3 moves and 1 Talent. Water Walking, Water Floor, Dive, and Shark Bomb.

To get Water Walking Talent, talk to a shark then run on water until you get it. The talent allows you to heal on water. [walk/run, you won't get progress on it for standing still]

To get Water Floor, you have to talk to the shark again, then heal HP in combat until you get it. The actual move is a water floor that you can heal HP off of if you run on it sporadically.

To get Dive, you have to wipe one Genin 6 in Permadeath event in order to get the move. It allows you to dive underwater for around 10 seconds and regen HP [due to the talent]. It is recommended you talk to the shark again before doing it.

To get the last move, Shark Bomb, you must wipe one Chunin+ in Permadeath event, and you shall receive it. It spawns a shark projectile that does good damage. It is recommended again that you should talk to the shark before getting the grip.

A Clan

The "A" clan is currently the most prominent clan of of Kumogakure. It is notable for being the clan of the first and current Raikage, In the early days of Kumogakure, a man named Patho "A" united the clans of the Land of Lightning to establish the village. Patho "A" was a respected elder among his shinobi, but he mysteriously disappeared one day, leaving a void in leadership. Yakuza A, known as the fastest shinobi of his time, stepped up as the new Raikage. With his unmatched speed and a distinctive lightning cloak emitting a blue and green aura, Yakuza A led Kumogakure through victorious battles until conflict arose with Vane Senju of the Hidden Leaf Village. Midway through the war, Yakuza disappeared like his predecessor, leading to the village's dissolution.

Years later, a young prodigy named Hakuza A, son of Yakuza A, emerged. With his keen intellect and power, Hakuza A climbed the ranks, undertaking perilous missions to reclaim his homeland, his father's blade "the Cleaver," and restore Kumogakure. Known as Faith, he became renowned in the shinobi world as the one destined to revive Kumogakure.

Under intense pressure to reclaim his homeland, Hakuza A's desperation led to tragic consequences. Seeking guidance from {REDACTED}, he gained knowledge but suffered losses. Unable to maintain his role as the savior of Kumogakure, he lost his ability to use the lightning cloak and lost a leg. Eventually, Hakuza vanished, leaving his village without a trace. The mystery of the disappearances of these three remarkable individuals, all renowned for their speed, remains unsolved.
