Ada B. Luciano | ^ CARDINAL | Vacant | ---- ====== History====== ## The Church of Humanity was founded by Prophet Williard, a man who was allegedly sent a vision by God. A story that has been passed down for generations, his vision was purported to contain terrifying images of enormous giants, now known as titans, approaching the Walls he had previously envisioned God raising from the ground. These images changed his life, and led to his spreading of the gospel that now comprises the modern Church of the Walls' scripture. Eventually, the Church of the Walls would spread to every face of society in the Walls, including the Royal Family. The Church would remain deeply interconnected with the Royal Family, with the Church partaking in religious ceremonies associated with the crowning of the Royal Monarch, and the Royal Family being revered as the lineage most closely associated with God and his image. In essence, believers of the Church of the Walls view the Royal Family as divinely appointed by God himself, a title which the Royal Family to this day gladly accepts. As the Holy Prophet Willard aged, his followers continued to spread the word of his faith, acting not only as a beacon of hope for Humanity, but also as a foundation for society's governing moral foundations and principles. Adherents to the faith view the Walls as holy entity, having been erected by God for the preservation of his creation, humanity. Adherents also abide by messages of peace, tranquility, charitability, and, above all else, preservation of the Walls. Members of the Church today can be seen officiating weddings, hosting prayer groups or mass, and cleaning the Walls alongside members of the Stationary Guard in order to preserve their holy monument. A substantial majority of society maintains a favorable opinion of the Church, and most are heavily religious, adhering to the teachings of Prophet Willard and his religion.
