Before you reach the Hozuki Cave you must first talk to an npc named "??? Hozuki." Once you talk to the Hozuki Trainer NPC you travel past him towards the direction of the Hozuki Cave. Once you reach the Hozuki Cave you will see text saying "'''''This Place... Yes Here..."''''' Finally walk next to the crystal and you should receive "Water Gun" as your first move === Part 2 === The 2nd Hozuki Move is Hydrification, however it is currently unknown on how to obtain the jutsu.
