Chunin Exams Committee

The Forest Of Death was a land conquered by the First Hokage, Vane Senju. Along with Tya Oribe, this would be made as a hub for genins to choose their path as they take the first step foward to become fully fledged Shinobi. The Chunins Exams have lost the risk factor over the time and also lost its reward. The Chunin Exam Committee was put in place by Head Proctor Kira to better guide genin onto their own path. As villages like Konoha grew and faced various threats, including internal conflicts and external enemies, the need for a structured system to assess and promote ninja capabilities arose. Chunin exams became a way to identify and advance promising young ninja. As the exams gained popularity and importance, standardized rules and procedures would have been established to ensure fairness and consistency across different generations of ninja examinees. The committee would have been responsible for enforcing these rules and adapting them as needed. As villages matured and ninja society stabilized, the Chunin Exam committee's role solidified into a formal institution within each village. This institution would oversee not only the exams themselves but also related matters such as security, logistics, and strategic considerations.
