To progress the Karatachi Clan you should go the Karatachi volcano and find Zari Karatachi. Once you talk to her, she will tell you need to wipe (kill) Yuki Dogs in PD

Once you get your PD Yuki grips there are currently 2 moves for you to unlock, these are Fist of Lava and Flame Bomb
