Republic Commandos
Overview
The Republic Commandos are some of the most elite divisions within the Army, consisting of only the most competent clones within the Republic. This division specializes in high-risk missions, and bundles a multitude of crucial missions. Led by RC-1346 "Sturdy", ensuring all operations go smoothly.
Organizational Structure
Currently, the Republic Commandos are organized into 6 specialized squads: Ion Squad, Omega Squad, Delta Squad, Yayax Squad, Gamma Squad, Hope Squad and The Bad Batch.
Ion Squad
Role:The main intelligence gathering squad of the Republic Commandos.Weaponry:Ion Squad utilizes standard issue weapons.Leadership:The first Squad Leader isRC-7997 "Nomad", overseeing the strategic operations of the squad.
Omega Squad
Role:The multi-role combat squad of the Republic Commandos.Weaponry:Omega Squad is equipped with standard issue weapons.Leadership:The first Squad leader isRC-1771 “Blade”, overseeing the strategic operations of the squad.
Delta Squad
Role:The infiltration and HVT assassination squad of the Republic Commandos.Weaponry:Delta Squad is equipped with standard issue weapons.Leadership:The first Squad leader isRC-1138 “Boss”, overseeing the covert operations of the squad.
Yayax Squad

Gamma Squad

Hope Squad

The Bad Batch

The Republic Commandos are one of the backbonesmost elite special forces units within the Grand Army of the Republic. These clones, bred from birth for specialized tasks and operating in four-man squads, complete missions that entire platoons from battalions cannot. Being part of the Special Operations Brigade, they operate under a different command structure and are given the highest risk missions within the Republic.
Commandos are equipped with Katarn-class armor bolstering full body regenerative shields; they utilize the DC-17m interchangeable weapon system to effectively counter a variety of enemies. All commandos are expected to have a great degree of mastery in the duties of demolitions, slicing, sharpshooting, and leadership when needed. Commandos specialize in these specific roles within their squads, with each squad having a specialty in different mission operations , there are currently seven of these specialized squads alongside an unspecialized detachment within RC.
Organizational Structure
Epsilon Detachment
Epsilon Detachment are the unspecialized RC units acting as the primary quick reaction force (QRF), providing support to other squads or undertaking immediate deployment flash missions. Epsilon has the highest unit count within RC, making it a detachment rather than a squad. Because of this, they utilize overwhelming numbers to overpower enemies and complete their missions.
Delta Squad
Delta Squad, composed of RC units Sev, Scorch, Fixer, & Boss are the squad specializing in infiltration of points of interest and high value target assassinations. This squad is the primary unit tasked with entering and exiting stealthily, clearing the entire enemy encampment undetected, and killing the HVT.
Gamma Squad
Gamma Squad takes the frontline in their missions specializing in heavy assault/siege warfare alongside batallion forces, being the first ones to breach into the enemy FOBs. This squad is the primary one tasked with breaching the enemy territory loudly, fighting frontlines side by side with the infantry battalions.
H.O.P.E Squad
H.O.P.E Squad (High Orbit Precision Entry), shields the battlefield for both civilians and VIPs caught in the midst of warfare. The squad specializes in humanitarian aid for refugees and defending Republic FOBs. When speed and stealth are essential, this squad will put the HVT's rescue and extraction above all else.
Ion Squad
Ion Squad takes on the threat of the CIS droid army head on by specializing in technical warfare and droid disruption, shutting down enemy suppylines and systems. This squad has all commandos specializing in slicing and damaging technical infrastructure, heading on missions where the primary enemy is the CIS.
Omega Squad
Omega Squad thrives in high stress environments, specializing in crisis response and recovery of conquered Republic FOBs or personnel. The squad specializes in the demolition and sabotage of enemy encampments, bringing them back under Republic control, and at the same time rescuing MIA clones who became prisoners of war.
Yayax Squad
Yayax Squad is adorned with camoflague patterns to lurk beneath the foliage of natural environments, utilizing guerilla warfare tactics in the wilderness to surround enemies completely. The squad is the best in class when it comes to reconaissance, being the ones to discover and disrupt the enemies plan before it takes place.
Clone Force 99
Clone Force 99 otherwise known as The Bad Batch consists of the units Echo, Crosshair, Wrecker, Tech, and Hunter. Their squad is made up of defective clones, specializing in unorthodox tactics and experimental strategies, aided by their unique genetic enhancements. The squad can take up the missions of all squads, acting as a trump card for missions with extremely specific requirements and parameters.
