104th Armored Battalion

Overview

The 104th Armored Battalion, known across the Republic as the "Wolf Pack" displaying their muted grey colors, are one of the key support battalions within the Grand Army. With the leadership of Clone Commander "Birc", and Jedi General Sicarius Iero, they became known for their valiant efforts in rescue operations, coming to the aid of blockaded battalions. While the troopers of other battalions specialize in varying duties, the 104th specializes in providing armored support, increasing all vehicle presence on a deployment by double, making them a cornerstone of the war effort.

Organizational Structure

The 104th Armored Battalion provides support from its four specialized companies: Arctic, Timber, Wolfpack, and Warhound. As new recruits join, they are able to join the first two companies, with the latter two, Warhound and Wolfpack being reserved for Private First Class+ that pass the tryouts.

Arctic Company

Arctic Company are the primary frontline force for the 104th Battalion, they support the armored companies of the battalion covering smaller objectives and delivering artillery support from afar.

Arctic Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside the Z-6 Rotary Cannon, and RPS-6 Launcher, and the specialized Field Mortars.

Timber Company

Timber Company are where the 104th Armored Battalion gets its name, the armored company allows for the usage of double the typical vehicle count on the battlefront, more than any other battalion. They deliver heavy firepower to the frontlines by their usage of the TX-130s and AV-7s to extend the reaches of the Grand Army on the battlefield.

Timber Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, however their primary duties are manning the TX-130 Tanks and AV-7 Cannons.

Wolfpack Company

Wolfpack Company are the airborne company of the 104th Battalion, proudly holding the nickname of the battalion for their company, they are exceptional troopers who are renowned across the Grand Army for their rescue operations. With the utilization of their Jetpacks, the Wolfpack always remain together flying towards fallen troopers and overwhelmed fronts providing support where needed.

Wolfpack Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside the Z-6 Rotary Cannon, RPS-6 Launcher, and DC-15x sniper.

Warhound Company

Warhound Company are the elite Advanced Recon Force detachment of the 104th, being the reconaissance force of the Armored Battalion that assess enemy fortifications ahead of deployment. The ARF troopers of Warhound act as a quick reaction force for the battalion, as well as assisting SOB groups in large scale operations. They utilize their Grapple Hooks and Speeders to scout the area ahead for any mechanized threats to the armored vehicle units of the battalion.

Warhound Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, but primarily use the PLX Rocket Launcher and the DC-15x sniper.

104th Arc Detachment

The ARC Detachment of the 104th are made up of the most elite troopers within the Wolfpack, having passed the Advanced Recon Commando Program, these clones demonstrate exemplary performance in combat, exceptional survivability, and display leadership qualities. The ARC Detachment acts as a force amplifier within a squad on the battlefield, supporting the armored elements of the battalion. When not working with the 104th, they assist on large scale deployments with SOB battalions as well as Warhound.
