501st Legion

Overview

The 501st Legion, known by many as the "Boys in Blue", is an infantry battalion renowned for it's unconventional warfare tactics and unwavering loyalty to the Republic. Under the leadership of Clone Commander 'Sylas' and Jedi General Caelen Mere, the 501st Legion has earned a reputation for their adaptability and expertise, easily changing the tide of battle in their favor. When the Grand Army is faced with unique obstacles, the Republic can rely on the Boys in Blue to traverse and overcome any kind of obstacles, overcoming challenges with precision, teamwork, and power.

Organizational Structure

The 501st Legion houses four specialized companies: Torrent, Phalanx, 332nd, and Trident. Troopers will begin without a company and are known as "Shinies." To be eligible to join a company, they must obtain the Advanced Infantry Certification which is designed to accustom new recruits to the battlefield tactics used by the 501st. 

Troopers can join most companies at the rank of Private, with Trident, the Advanced Recon Forces detachment, being reserved for Specialists+ who pass a tryout.

Torrent Company

Torrent Company is the primary infantry force, tasked with holding the front lines with heavy machinery and overwhelming firepower. The company is the first line on offense and defense, leading the assault in both scenarios.

Torrent Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside weapons such as the Z-6 Rotary Cannon, the RPS-6 Launcher, and  specialized Field Mortars.

Phalanx Company

Phalanx Company is the mechanized company responsible for providing heavy fire through tanks such as the TX-130 and other vehicles.

Tank crews will typically have one driver who fires the main cannons, and a machine gunner on top with all personnel being certified through the Vehicle Certification Program. They provide necessary support to front line units, suppressing enemies with tank fire and clearing the way for ground units.

Phalanx Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, as their primary objectives are manning TX-130 Tanks on the battlefield.

332nd Shock Company

The 332nd Shock Company is the primary airborne Company, utilizing Jetpacks and hit and run tactics to quickly take down enemies. With their nimble flight patterns, the 332nd are able to rapidly descend down to rescue downed troopers or ascend to quickly take down targets.

The 332nd utilizes standard issue weaponry, alongside weapons such as the Z-6 Rotary Cannon, the RPS-6 Launcher, and the DC-15x Sniper. However their primary roles lie within their Jetpacks, providing versatile offensive and defensive capabilities.

Trident Company

Trident Company is the elite Advanced Recon Force detachment of the 501st, often performing deep reconnaissance missions ahead of large scale deployments. These ARF troopers also act as the 501st Legion's quick reaction force and often assist SOB in various operations. They utilize Speeders and Grapple Hooks to maneuver through terrain, finding  opportunities to swiftly destroy any opponents.

Trident Company utilizes standard issue weaponry, but primarily use the PLX Rocket Launcher and the DC-15x sniper.

501st ARC Detachment

The ARC Detachment of the 501st are made up of the most elite troopers within the Legion, having passed the Advanced Recon Commando Program, these clones demonstrate combat prowess, exceptional survivability, and leadership qualities. The ARC Detachment acts as a force amplifier within a squad on the battlefield. When not working with the 501st, they deploy on SOB missions to assist other SOB units to complete high risk objectives.

The 501st Arc Detachment utilizes standard issue weaponry alongside the, PLX, Dual DC-17Bs, and Commando Pistol.
