Background

"...Obi-Wan... Come to me, Obi-Wan... Obi-Wan... Come to me, Obi-Wan!"

After years of service during the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi had witnessed the deaths of numerous friends and fellow Jedi alike. Concerned for his own safety in the increasingly dangerous conflict, he began searching for ancient armor to further protect himself.

The Calling of the Force

The campaign began on Ashas, where the group searched the throne room of the ancient Sith Lord Vynn for relics connected to the rumored armor. Despite an extensive search, no evidence or leads were discovered.

As Obi-Wan Kenobi began to lose hope, he heard a mysterious Voice calling him to Dantooine. Accepting the summons, the party departed aboard their vessel and traveled to the planet.

The Ghost Village

Guided by the Voice, the group arrived at an abandoned village on Dantooine with its only sign of life being a lit campfire. While searching the settlement, they discovered a crate labeled "Property of the Jedi Order", dating back to the era of the Old Republic.

The Voice questioned Obi-Wan Kenobi's motives for seeking the armor and reminded him of the responsibilities carried by both a Jedi and the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order. Satisfied with his response, the Voice revealed that the key required to open the crate could be found on Ilum. The expedition departed immediately for the Ilum Jedi Temple.

The Snow Trial

Upon arriving at the Ilum Jedi Temple, the group entered meditation in an effort to communicate with the Voice. Their attempt succeeded, and the Voice informed Obi-Wan Kenobi that he would first need to complete a trial to prove himself worthy of the ancient armor.

Using the Force, the Jedi searched for the key hidden somewhere within the surrounding landscape. After prolonged meditation, Jedi Knight Joren Varius was guided to the key, which lay buried beneath the snow. Unlocking the crate revealed a blueprint for the ancient armor, along with a list of rare materials required for its construction. The blueprint directed the group to Corellia.

Obi-Wan Kenobi departed ahead of the others, traveling alone to the Corellian Jedi Temple.

The Material Heist

Upon reaching Corellia, Obi-Wan Kenobi searched the archives of the Corellian Jedi Temple for information regarding the required materials. His research uncovered records indicating that a Separatist research division had been harvesting the necessary resources and transporting them off-world to support the Separatist war effort.

Determined to recover the materials, Obi-Wan Kenobi infiltrated a Separatist refueling base where the shipment was being stored. Using the Force, he bypassed the facility's battle droids, secured a supply of the materials, and escaped without alerting the garrison.

Following the successful theft, the Voice informed Obi-Wan Kenobi of a renowned Corellian armorsmith who had once worked in Coronet City. It instructed him to travel to the underworld of Coruscant, where the armorsmith was now believed to reside.

The Final Forge

Following the Voice’s instructions, Obi-Wan Kenobi returned to Coruscant to locate the Corellian Armorsmith capable of forging the ancient armor. After navigating the lower levels of the planet, he discovered the craftsman salvaging metal and preparing materials within his workshop.

Despite arriving during a confrontation, Obi-Wan Kenobi was able to calm the situation and gain the armorsmith’s cooperation. After presenting the required materials and negotiating a price, the armorsmith agreed to forge the armor.

The construction was completed soon after, with Obi-Wan Kenobi finally obtaining the Duranium Armor he had sought throughout his journey.
