Alderaan

Alderaan, where culture blooms among mountain peaks.

Overview

Alderaan stands as one of the oldest and most respected worlds within the Galactic Republic. Located in the Core Worlds, the planet sits at the heart of galactic civilization, not through military strength or economic dominance, but through culture, diplomacy, and a deep commitment to peace. It's known as the planet of beauty, a reputation that was earned over millennia and one it's people wear with quiet pride.

From orbit, Alderaan appears as blue-green orb wrapped in white clouds, it's surface composed of sweeping mountain ranges, dense forests, and wide plains only broken by rivers and polar seas. Cities built into the landscape rather than cut through it, white stone architecture built to complement the terrain. The planet's philosophy is written into it's skyline.

In 981 RSY, that identity becomes under pressure. Queen Breha Organa governs from the Royal Palace in Aldera, upholding the traditions that defined Alderaan for generations. But the population voice belongs to Senator Tyrion Goldarn, the first non-noble senator in modern Alderaanian history and a man whose vision for Alderaan looked nothing like it's past. His rise in politics fractured lines that run deeper than any policy debate. The question facing Alderaan in 981 RSY is no longer about the future of the Republic. It's about what Alderaan itself wants to become.
