Chinoike Clan

The Chinoike Clan is another clan of Kumogakure. The Chinoike Clan possesses an exceptional bloodline limit that grants its members the kekkei genkai called “Ketsuryugan” or the Blood Dragon Eye, They're able to manipulate liquids with high iron content like blood. They're feared among the clans of kumogakure due to their powerful ability in genjutsu as they are the most powerful clan in the land of lighting.

Clan Progression

1st Progression

  • Interact to the statue at Cloud - Stone - Sand Shrines (Doesn't need to be in a PD)
  • Unlocks Ketsuryugan

2nd Progression

  • 2 Max Genin rank sacrifices
  • Unlocks Chinoike Genjutsu

3rd Progression

  • 4 total sacrifices to the statue. 2 must be Chunin+
  • Unlocks Blood Dragon

4th Progression

  • ???
  • Unlocks Blood Slice

Unlike most clans, Chinoike has no trainer or npc. To obtain the Ketsuryūgan you must sacrifice another player in a Permadeath Event in Hells Valley.
