Arvol Caesar

The better combatant must be the lothcat and the rancor at the same time, because the lothcat would not defend itself from the pack of loth-wolves and the rancor emerges from the shadows when it strikes.

- Arvol Caesar

Overview

Arvol Caesar was a former Special Operations Brigade Rear Admiral who served diligently in the Galactic Republic Navy before defecting to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. He is the child of Elias Caesar, a Vice Grand Admiral who served in the Republic at the same time as Arvol. Originally, Arvol served under Special Operations Brigade Fleet Admiral Hans Konig before defecting.

He is currently listed on the Republic's Most Wanted List for multiple crimes, including espionage and mass murder. He was specifically ranked to Admiral by High Admiral Pax, during intense negotiations related to Republic prisoners.

Background

Arvol grew up in a poor Republic family. As a kid, he would help others where he could, even if it got him into trouble. Early in his service, he got arrested for stealing and flying a Senator's speeder into the Pink Lady in a drunken state.

Arvol tried to help others where he could, even if it got him in trouble. Arvol started off his Republic service with a bang, getting arrested for stealing and flying a Senator's speeder into the Pink Lady in a drunken state. Fortunately, the Republic Intelligence helped keep the event under wraps.

Arvol Caesar is described as an individual with a strategic mindset capable of turning the tide of a losing battle. After 2 separate events, he lost his limbs and replaced them with enhanced robotic parts, boosting his physical prowess and efficiency.

Service Record

Attack on Republic Justice

Arvol Caesar's father, Vice Grand Admiral Elias Caesar, was found guilty on all charges and sentenced to execution. After a tearful goodbye, Elias Caesar was executed.

High Justice Shea Beast and Justice Au Andromeda were placed in Republic custody on numerous charges, alongside one Marshal Commander Wolffe. Arvol Caesar would storm the Republic Military base with a platoon of Republic Intelligence. Caesar then broke Commander Wolffe out of jail and proceeded to murder the justices.

He made a grand escape and disappeared; his fate is unknown.

Battle for Republic Heroes

Negotiations with the Republic military were set in place, so Jedi captives would be returned. After a R2 unit disrupted the meeting, it almost went sour, with both Deathwatch and Separatist military units ready to engage Republic forces. No deal was struck, and no lives were lost; all that occurred was the capture of the R2 unit and heightened tensions with the Republic.

The Punishing Defector Fleet

His prowess for power is unmatched, as he and his fleet of Separatist Military ships carve through the Grand Republic Navy and capture more Republic heroes. As he moves his way up the CIS ranks and partakes in more and more battles, he captures Jedi Master Sora Bulq and Master of the Order Malric Izar as prisoners of war after a bloody battle in Corellian Space against the Republic Star Fleet's Sentinel Fleet. Additionally, he captures the flagship of the Sentinel fleet, the VSD Ardent, though damaged, in its entirety. A feat never before accomplished.
